SWISS PIE 
2 c. cooked ham, diced 1/2 inch pieces
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
3 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Unbaked 2 deep dish shells

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain and cut off steams, chopping coarsely. In pie shell, spread half the ham, broccoli stems, flowerets and cheese. Repeat layers and spread chopped onion on top. Gradually stir milk into beaten eggs. Add seasonings and pour carefully on top of the pie. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes or until firm. Serves 6.
