SWISS CHEESE PIE 
2 (3 oz. each) cans French fried onions, crushed
20 oz. grated Swiss cheese
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Thickly butter 8 or 9 inch quiche pan. Line pan with crushed onions. Fill pan with grated cheese. Beat eggs lightly, add milk and seasonings. Pour over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before cutting into 1 inch squares.
