RECIPE COLLECTION
“OLD BAY CHEESE SAUCE” IS IN:

OLD BAY CHEESE SAUCE
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
8 oz. white American cheese, diced (we like Land O'Lakes from the deli)

Combine milk and seafood seasoning in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat.

Add cheese when milk begins to steam and little bubbles begin to form around the edges. Stir gently and frequently until all cheese is melted.

Serve immediately.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

Spoon over crispy fries, shrimp nachos, crab cakes, fried or grilled fish fillets, salmon fillets, baked scallops, tuna or salmon patties, grilled or fried chicken, omelets, or mix with medium shell pasta for a creamy "mac & cheese" to accommodate your seafood dishes.
