EASY MACARONI AND CHEESE 
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 1/2 c. macaroni, uncooked
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 qt. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Melt butter in baking dish; pour macaroni into melted butter. Stir until butter coats macaroni. Slice cheese and cut each slice in fourths. Add salt, pepper, cheese, and cold milk to macaroni. Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Do not stir while baking. This comes out of the oven golden brown and creamy.
