HEALTHY, EASY MACARONI & CHEESE 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. each salt, pepper & dry mustard
1/4 tsp. each nutmeg & paprika
Few drops maggies, optional

In medium saucepan melt butter. Add flour. Mix this for almost 1 minute. Add milk. Stir with wire whisk until blended. Add seasonings and cheese. Stir constantly with wire whisk until thick and creamy. Combine sauce with your favorite noodles.
