EASY MACARONI AND CHEESE 
3 c. water
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
6 slices cheese
Pepper to taste

Boil water, salt and butter. Add macaroni, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Water should be absorbed. Add milk and cut up cheese. Stir carefully until all the cheese is melted. Turn off heat.
