BAKED CLAM PIE 
1 stick of butter
1 lg. onion diced
1 can of diced mushrooms (4 oz.)
1 or 2 cloves, diced garlic fresh
Add pepper and parsley to taste

Turn fire off.

1 can Doxee minced clams with the water
1 can clams without the water

3/4 c. of seasoned bread crumbs
Cheese to taste (Parmesan)

Put in Pyrex dish.

Season top with seasoned bread crumbs, basil, oregano, parsley and paprika (just a sprinkle of each spice).

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot with party rye breads.
