CLAMS CASINO PIE 
3 cans minced clams
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Saute onion in butter. Use clams and juice from 2 cans of clams. Drain off half juice in third can. Mix all ingredients together and place in ungreased 10 inch pie plate. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes until golden brown on top. Spread on Triscuit crackers to serve.
