GRANDMA MC GUIRK'S CLAM PIE 
1 onion, chopped fine
3 med. sized potatoes, chopped fine
1 c. clams, chopped fine
1/8 c. clam broth
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of pepper

Cook onion, potatoes, and clam broth with a little water until tender. Add clams, well beaten egg, pepper, and butter (cream sauce or drawn butter may be used for a sauce, if one desires). Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees between 2 pie crusts in a 9 inch pan.
