CLAM PIE 
2 c. ground clams
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. clam juice
1 egg, beaten
Ground salt and pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
2 sm. stalks celery
1 sm. onion, ground
Crust for 9-inch pan

Mix ingredients, pour into pie shell, cover top with crust and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.
