BAR-B-QUED BEEF RIBS 
2 1/2 lbs. boneless beef short ribs
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Broil ribs until brown and crisp on both sides, about 10 minutes. Place in roaster, approximately 9x13.

Saute onions in butter in 2 quart open kettle. Add remaining ingredients and gently cook 15 minutes. Pour sauce over ribs, in roaster pan. Cover and bake at 375. After 45 minutes turn over ribs. Cover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
