BREAD STICKS 
2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. cold water or milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. butter
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. garlic salt

In bowl blend biscuit mix and water or milk until a soft ball is formed. Flour cutting board and roll dough 1/2" thick. Then cut in 1/2" strips to make approximately 20 sticks. In cookie sheet, melt butter, then sprinkle with parsley flakes and garlic salt. Place strips in pan and bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

These did not come out as hoped. I followed the directions to a T, but the bread sticks did not brown evenly and were "doughy" inside. I'm going to go back to yeast variety next time.
