BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
2 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. butter, additional
2 c. beef bouillon
1 c. sour cream
Noodles or rice

Saute mushrooms and onions in 2 tablespoons butter. Remove fat and bone from round steak and cut meat into strip. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet. Toss strips of meat in flour and cover thoroughly. Brown meat in butter. Add beef bouillon cubes. Simmer until meat is tender (1 to 1 1/2 hours). Add mushrooms and onions and 1 cup sour cream. Reheat and serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
