BISCUIT TORTONI 
3/4 c. dry macaroon crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
Few grains salt
1 c. cream, whipped
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Soak 1/2 cup of macaroon crumbs with the milk, sugar and salt for 1 hour. Fold in the cream, whipped, vanilla and almond extract. Either fill paper cups (small) or put in ice cube trays and cover with remaining crumbs.
