LEFTOVERS NOODLE BAKE 
3 c. egg noodles, cooked, well drained and tossed lightly with butter
3/4 c. diced cooked ham, roast beef, chicken, chipped beef, mushrooms or other vegetables
4 oz. mild cheddar cheese
1/2 c. green pepper and/or celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt (omit if salty ham is used)
Cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Arrange layers of noodles sprinkled with any one of the ingredients listed above as the second item. Then sprinkle with shredded cheese, green pepper and/or celery in casserole. In a bowl, mix milk, eggs, paprika and salt. Pour egg mixture over noodles. Cover with a generous sprinkling of cracker crumbs. Dot the crumbs with butter. Bake about 45 minutes.
