SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger (or desired amount)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can sauerkraut & juice
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. crumbled egg noodles

Brown hamburger and onion. Combine with remaining ingredients, mixing well. Put into a casserole. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
