BAKED KRAUT CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked noodles
8 oz. cooked, browned ground chuck, well drained
1 c. sauerkraut
Salt and pepper to taste

This must be browned on a rack or broiled.

May use more or less depending on how well you like it.

Spray 2-quart casserole with nonstick spray. Layer 1 1/2 cup cooked noodles, 4 oz. ground chuck, 1/2 cup sauerkraut. Repeat layers. Add enough water to seep down through the layers. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
