BAKED MACARONI 
1 lb. lg. elbow macaroni
1 1/2 lbs. cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter
Parmesan cheese
Black pepper
Milk

Boil noodles as directed. Grate cheese. In large casserole dish place 1/2 of noodles. Mix well with a few pats of butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan and pepper to taste. Sprinkle a solid layer of cheese, using little less than 1/2. Place remaining noodles on top. Place pats of butter randomly on top of noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper generously. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, solid as possible. Pour approximately 1/4 cup milk into casserole. Lean dish from side to side to distribute milk throughout. Bake at 350 degrees until browned to taste.
