BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. sausage
12 slices bread
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
1 qt. half and half or whole milk
Salt to taste

Put 6 slices of bread in bottom of extra large dish. Brown sausage and drain. Spread 1/2 of sausage on bread. Spread 1/2 of cheese over sausage. Layer again. Beat eggs, all milk and salt. Pour over mix. Cook uncovered for one hour at 350 degrees. Dish can be prepared the night before and cooked the next day. Serves 8 to 10 people.
