BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
1 lb. sausage
1 c. sharp Cheddar (shredded)
6 slices bread
2 c. half and half

Cut bread in cubes and place in buttered 9x12 casserole dish. Brown sausage in skillet; drain excess fat. Place sausage on top of bread in casserole dish.

Beat 6 eggs until foamy; add half and half. Pour mixture over bread and sausage. Sprinkle top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes or until set.
