SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach
1 can cream of mushrooms soup
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 egg
2 chopped onions
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 c. cornbread dressing
1/4 stick of butter

Cook spinach; drain. Mix with all other ingredients. Put into a casserole dish; cover with cornbread dressing and place pats of butter on top. Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
