SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
2 to 3 lbs. yellow squash 1 onion, chopped 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Salad dressing mix 2 beaten eggs 12 crackers, crushed 1 c. grated sharp cheese 1/2 stick butter Cornbread crumbs Cook squash and onions in water until tender. Drain. Mix salad dressing mix into mayonnaise. Add eggs, crackers, grated cheese to salad dressing; mix with squash and onions. Bake about 30 minutes at 325 degrees. melt butter, add some cornbread crumbs, place on top of casserole; bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. |
