IRIS SQUASH CASSEROLE 
5-6 c. squash and/or zucchini, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix

Put squash/zucchini into large casserole; put onion over this. Melt butter and pour over above. Combine soup and sour cream and spread over casserole. Sprinkle liberally with dressing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
