TACO POPCORN 
12 c. (3 qt.) popped corn
4 c. Rice Chex cereal
1 c. walnuts
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/4 c. brown sugar

Mix popped corn, cereal and walnuts together. Drizzle with melted butter. Mix taco seasoning and brown sugar. Sprinkle over popcorn mixture. Put on baking sheet. Bake at 300°F for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
