STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
4 med. zucchini squash
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 c. cooked rice
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. shredded cheese
Herb flavored bread crumbs

Wash zucchini and cut into halves. Remove fleshy part. Boil remaining zucchini shells until tender. Drain. Cook zucchini until tender. Drain. Scramble hamburger and onion together. Drain. Mix zucchini, hamburger, rice and tomato sauce together. Salt and pepper to taste. Stuff shells with mixture. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
