FRUIT PUNCH WITH SHERBET 
1 pt. fresh or frozen orange juice
1 pt. canned pineapple juice
2 c. fresh lime juice
2 qts. ginger ale
1 qt. orange sherbet

Mix fruit juices, pour over a block of ice and add orange sherbet. When ready to serve, add ginger ale. Garnish with fresh mint and slices of orange. Serves 30.
