1 box spice or yellow cake mix
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. chocolate chips

In large bowl combine cake mix, butter, milk and egg. Stir in chocolate chips and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls several inches apart on a greased baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven for 12 minutes. Cool for several minutes before removing from baking sheet. Makes about 36 cookies.
