These are THE BEST tasting cookies!!! 1 box yellow cake mix (your choice) 2 eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 (6 oz.) bag mini chocolate chips* Note: Choose whatever chips you like -- Reese's mini pieces, white chocolate, or even peanut butter chips. Or, leave out altogether. One time we added sprinkles... Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix above ingredients, preferably blending by hand, as the dough becomes VERY stiff. I've even kneaded dough by hand, once I've blended with a spoon. Drop onto greased cookie sheet in 1-inch balls. Bake at 350°F for NO MORE THAN 8 MINUTES!! Cool for two full minutes, then remove from cookie sheet and enjoy! Submitted by: KD | |
