PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 smoked pork chops
4 to 5 medium potatoes
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 jar (large) Cheez Whiz
1 stick butter
salt and pepper
1 sliced onion

Slice potatoes and onions 1/4-inch thick. Place in oblong casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Salt and pepper potatoes. Add cream of mushroom soup and melted butter. Add Cheez Whiz. Put pork chops on top. You may layer this in a deeper casserole dish.

Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
