PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 lg. white potatoes, sliced thin
4 boneless pork chops (butterfly chops)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. green peas
1 c. celery, chopped

Saute onion and celery in Pam. Brown pork chops in Pam. Place sliced potatoes in casserole. Spoon sauteed onion and celery over potatoes. Place browned pork chops on potatoes and sprinkle with Nature's Seasons. Mix water, soup and sour cream and pour over pork chops and potato mixture. Sprinkle peas on top and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Cover for about 40 minutes of cooking time.
