Your favorite yellow cake mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 (6 oz.) vanilla pudding pkg.
6 bananas
1 can angel flake coconut
Chopped pecans
1 lg. bowl of whipped cream or Cool Whip

Prepare cake as directed on package. Cook the pineapple, sugar, butter, cornstarch until thick over slow heat.

Poke holes in the baked cake with large fork. Pour the pineapple mixture over the cake and let it cool. Slice bananas and place on top of the cake. Pour pudding over the bananas. Spread the coconut over the cake. Spread with whipped cream.

Leave the cake in the pan. Keep refrigerated. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan.
