2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, separated
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients except egg whites and pecans. Beat well and add pecans. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour in greased tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Serves 12.
