GOURMET BAKED CHICKEN 
4 boneless, whole chicken breasts (no skin)
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. white wine
1 c. sauteed mushrooms
2 c. herbed stuffing mix
1/3 c. melted butter

Place chicken breasts in a 9 x 12 inch pan. Top with cheese slices. Combine soups and wine in a bowl. Add mushrooms. Pour over chicken and cheese. Season with a tiny bit of salt, pepper and garlic salt. Sprinkle stuffing mix over this. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or more, covered.
