ZUCCHINI BAKE 
1 can Campbell's creamy chicken mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. sliced cooked zucchini
1 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter, melted

In a 2 quart shallow baking dish (12 x 8 x 4 inches) combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter. Toss stuffing mix with butter. Spoon over vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. Makes 8-10 servings (about 6 cups).
