1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oats
1/4 c. peanut butter

Mix sugar, water and butter. Let boil for 1 minute. Remove from stove and stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon out on waxed paper then refrigerate.
