CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 can artichokes, drained
3 c. chicken, cut up in sm. bits
1 c. cooked rice prepared with sauteed minced onion and salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Romano cheese

Stir soup and cream, add rice and vegetables and meat. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Romano cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
