CHICKEN-CHESTNUT CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken, cooked and boned
2 c. French style green beans, drained
2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice with seasonings, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
2 tbsp. chopped onion, sauteed in butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Almonds, slivered and toasted

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Butter a large casserole. Place mixture in casserole and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with broiled, diced almonds. This can be frozen immediately after cooling.
