CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
MIX:

2 to 3 c. cooked diced chicken
1 c. chopped celery, sauteed until soft
1 or 2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 to 2 tbsp. minced onion

Put in casserole dish or 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with 1 cup of corn flakes or 1 cup of Total cereal mixed with 2 tablespoons butter and slivered almonds. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
