JILLIAN'S HEALTH BREAD 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. molasses
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. warm water
1 egg
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. bran
4 c. whole wheat flour
4 c. white flour
8 oz. walnuts

Mix 4 cups wheat flour with salt. Mix yeast with 1/2 cup warm water until dissolved. Add all wet ingredients into flour and mix. Add remaining ingredients; but add flour slowly; until dough is workable for kneading. Knead for 8 - 10 minutes.

Place in a greased bowl and let rise until double, about 1 hour. Punch down and shape into loaves. Let rise until double, about 1 hour.

Bake for 50 - 60 minutes at 350°F. Remove from pans and brush with butter on tops of each loaf.

Makes 2 loaves.
