OATMEAL HEALTH BARS 
2 cups dried fruit (prunes, apples, peaches, apricots, raisins, combination thereof)
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oat bran
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup Fructose (optional)
1/2 cup safflower oil
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed

Mix first 5 ingredients. Add oil and apple juice. Mix well. Put into a 9x13-inch pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375°F for 20 or 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
