OATMEAL RASPBERRY BAR COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. fruit only raspberry jam or jam of choice

Oven 350 degrees buttered 8 inch square pan lined with aluminum foil, also butter foil. Mix all ingredients except jam. Press 2 cups of mix into bottom of pan. Spread jam within 1/4 inch of edge. Sprinkle remaining mix over top, lightly press into jam. Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
