WILTED SPINACH SALAD 
1 bunch raw spinach (torn in pieces)
Chopped green onion to taste)
Salt, pepper to taste

Mix in bowl.

Fry 6 pieces bacon, crumble and add in 2 tablespoons of bacon fat. Add 1/4 cup vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar and enough water to dilute vinegar (about 1 tablespoon). Let simmer and pour over chopped vegetables when ready to serve. Serve immediately while warm.
