CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. ground fresh cranberries (1/2 pkg.)
1/2 c. ground orange, peeled & seeded
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped celery

Drain pineapple, saving juice and add water to juice to make 1/2 cup. Mix Jello with the hot water and pineapple juice, sugar and lemon juice. Chill until partly set. Add pineapple, celery, orange, nuts and cranberries and chill overnight.

TOPPING: With mixer blend 1 cup marshmallow creme (7 oz. jar) and 1 tablespoon each lemon and orange juice until blended. Stir in 1/4 cup mayonnaise, then chill. Spoon over individual servings of relish when served.
