CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. fresh cranberries (approx.)
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 orange, remove peeling, membranes
2 c. sugar

Drain pineapple juice and add water to make 1 cup liquid. Pour over cranberries and cook 10 minutes or until most berries pop. Remove from fire. Add sugar, orange and tidbits. Put back on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from fire and add pecans. This will keep several weeks. The relish may be poured into sterile jars and sealed for a longer period of time.
