FOUR LAYER DELIGHT 
1ST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

2ND LAYER:

1 c. whipped topping (9 oz.)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

3RD LAYER:

2 sm. pkg. instant pudding (choc. or vanilla)
3 c. milk

4TH LAYER:

Remaining whipped topping

Mix ingredients for 1st layer well and pat into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Mix ingredients for 2nd layer on low speed until fluffy. Spread on cooled crust. Mix ingredients for 3rd layer. Beat 2 minutes; spread on 2nd layer. For 4th layer spread remaining whipped topping on top and refrigerate at least 4 hours. This freezes well too.
