FOUR LAYER CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1ST LAYER:

2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. butter (softened)

Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes in 13x9 pan. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Mix until smooth. Blend in 2 cups Cool Whip. Spread over 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together, spread over 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

Top with 2 cups Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
