LAYERED CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans

Melt butter, add flour and salt and spread in an oblong Pyrex dish. Add pecans and press into pastry. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Combine above ingredients and spread over first layer which has been cooled.

THIRD LAYER:

2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
1/2 c. whipping cream
3 c. milk
