CHICKEN LIVER PATE 
1/2 lb. chicken livers (1 cup)
1 cup water
6 slices lean bacon, cooked
4 cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1 large onion
1 stack Ritz Crackers

Cover livers with water and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender.

Drain.

Meanwhile, sauté with bacon and chopped onion until crisp and bacon is translucent.

In a food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl if necessary.

Taste and adjust seasonings; garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper may be added to taste if needed.

Shape mixture into a round and refrigerate. Garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs.
