CORN TOASTIES 
2 sticks melted butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. cornmeal flour
2 1/2 c. white flour
2 c. milk

Add all ingredients in order given in a large mixing bowl. Mix with wooden spoon until smooth and thick as pudding. Pour into 2 cookie sheets with 1" sides. Smooth out batter to corners of pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and cut into squares (15 to a pan). Stack in Saran Wrap. Toast a few minutes before serving. Top with butter or jelly.
