CHOCOLATE FOUR LAYER DELIGHT 
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. broken pecans

Mix together and press into bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

SECOND LAYER:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix well and spread over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 boxes Jello instant chocolate pudding
3 c. cold milk

Mix together and spread over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

8 oz. carton Cool Whip

Spread over third layer and chill.
